Overview

Project Overview

Handling industrial pumps for maintenance and transport currently requires significant manual effort, which affects ergonomics and slows down servicing. This project is developing a purpose-built pump cart focused on improving mobility, operator ergonomics, maintenance accessibility, and operational safety.

The existing method of moving and servicing industrial pumps places avoidable strain on maintenance staff.

  • Manual handling of heavy pump units during maintenance and transport
  • Reduced ergonomics for maintenance personnel
